Follow instruction to place your order. Make sure in the cart you place the notes.

In the cart under Order Special Instruction write:

1. The initial letter (Uppercase or Lowercase)
2. Choose the Color
3. Charms (Yes or No) If yes: select the charm if you don't see the charm you want write, Not Available, I will email you with other options
4. Name (Yes or No) If yes: select the color of the name charm. Only one color selection.
